Westlake Ace Hardware Now Open in the Rozzelle Crossing Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 25, 2025) – One of Westlake Ace Hardware’s newest stores is now open in Charlotte, NC. Located in the Rozzelle Crossing Shopping Center at 2924 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Rd., the 20,000-square foot store is fully stocked with leading brands and offers a wide array of services to meet the needs of its new customers and neighbors. 

Westlake Ace currently owns and operates 14 stores in North Carolina under the Westlake Ace and Outer Banks Ace brands. The company recently announced plans to open two additional stores in the greater Charlotte, NC area: Ballantyne East Shopping Center (15221 John Delaney Drive) and in the Village Commons at Wesley Chapel Shopping Center (6422 Weddington Road.)

Rachel Orr has been named the general manager of the new store and has been with Westlake since 2021. Orr is passionate about providing excellent customer service and being involved in her community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and four grandchildren.

The store will host an official “board-cutting” ceremony on Thursday, April 24, at 9 am. A grand opening sale will run from April 25-27, with prize drawings, vendor demos, and family-friendly activities on Saturday, April 26, from 11 am – 2 pm.
